The Inn at Erlowest | Microwedding

Filed under:

Jess and Shane, like many Covid couples, were hopeful that their wedding would go off without a hitch when the pandemic began. But as the months turned into weeks inched closer towards their day, it was clear that the decision they were trying to avoid to make had to be made for their wedding. Deep down they knew they did not want to hold off on making things official. So they downsized their original day to just their immediate family and closest friends as they gathered at The Inn at Erlowest on a beautiful September day.

There was a lot of laughs, a lot of tears, and the most beautiful dinner table set for 30 of their closest. We had so much fun this year, we’ll be doing it again next year! Can’t wait to celebrate again with you both, Jess and Shane! Congrats! xo

The decision to get married on our original date while postponing our big celebration was the hardest throughout our wedding planning process. Looking back on the day, I loved every second of the first day of my forever with Shane.

The stresses of making this microwedding happen quickly dissipated when I got to see Jess walk down the aisle to make me the happiest man in the world.
