Brooklyn Winery || Wedding
I’ve REALLY been looking forward to this wedding. Not only because it’s the first wedding to kick start my 2023 season, but Alex and Cyrus are two incredible souls that I’ve been SO honored to get to know. To watch them in love is a gift in itself. The way Cyrus cares for Alex is something you read about in story books.
Alex and Cyrus met at a boxing gym in the West Village. Alex was initially dazzled by Cyrus’s beaming smile which turned into a couple of hang outs which then allowed Alex to get super direct and asked if they were dating or not because Alex has enough friends. And here we are many moons later and they made things official in front of their closest family and friends with a nod to their Korean and Filipino culture.
These two have my absolute heart. It’s hard not to fall in love with these two when you meet them. They take such great care of not only each other and their trusted circle but also anyone they meet. These two are “GOOD PEOPLE” deep down in their souls and you understand why when you meet their families. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. I was absolutely humbled to tag along for one of the most important days of their lives.
I can’t wait to work on the rest of these photos but for now here are a few sneak peeks.
Alex, Cyrus, I ADORE you both! Thank YOU for inviting me to such a monumental day. Forever humbled to be chosen to capture it all.
xo.
Thank you to the incredible team who made this day a dream come true!
