Sarah and Greg were my first couple who came to me in early March to get my opinion on all things Covid. At the time, there were rumblings on the west coast but nothing finite in the north east. Within a matter of days, the world literally flipped on all of us.
Their May wedding got moved. And then moved again. And while their big celebration has been pushed to next year, they took advantage of a smaller guest list to have a super intimate MicroWedding at their family’s property on the shores of Williams Lake, surrounded by their closest friends and family. From our very first conversation together they mentioned to me how special this place was to them. In fact, Greg proposed to Sarah on the very dock where they had their first dance as husband and wife. And while their original wedding plans did not call for this, I think it was truly meant to be that THIS place was where they were to start their chapter together.
Looking forward to diving into the rest of this wedding, but for now, here are a few sneak peeks!
Can’t wait for next year at Basilica Hudson! xo
