This past year has been personally…transformative. And that’s really allowed my work and images to take on another level that I feel I was just scratching the surface of at the end of 2017. In fact, by allowing myself to be more authentic to myself and my art, it’s also opened up more doors this year than I ever could have imagined ending with a huge win of being named one of The Knot’s Best of Weddings for 2019!
I’ve had the opportunity to watch families begin as I captured countless weddings this year as well as welcomed new babies into their families. Capturing anniversary sessions and family sessions of past clients have really hugged my heart as I am so grateful I can capture these milestone sessions as I watch these families literally grow! Getting the opportunity to capture NYBFW in the Spring and Fall has been a true treat and a few sleepless nights was well worth the adrenaline pumping experience of racing from one show to the next.
GOSH! 2018 has truly gifted me with so much and for that I am SOOO grateful! Below are some of my personal favorites from this past year.

And through all the craziness of it all, I have these boys to truly keep me grounded and remind me that in order to be the BEST mom to them, I really needed to dig deep within myself to be true to my authentic self. That and also to wipe their boogers, and cuddle with them when they are just a wee too tired.
2018, you’ve been so good to me. 2019, I can’t wait to see what you have in store.
